At Joetrade94, we value ongoing relationships with our clients and offer, under specific conditions, the opportunity to Buy new items / repurchase select items previously sold by us. This policy outlines the terms under which such buy-back offers may be considered.

1. Eligibility

Buy-back offers are extended exclusively to items that falls under the "Luxury-purses" category and to customers who have purchased luxuries directly from Joetrade94. We do not consider unsolicited offers from third-party sellers or external purchases.

2. Independent Transactions

All sell to us / buy-back agreements are treated as entirely separate from the original sale. These are not return arrangements and are not governed by our return policy. Participation in the buy-back process does not alter the finality of the initial sale.

3. Authentication & Condition Verification

Any item considered for buy-back must undergo a complete re-authentication process and a thorough inspection of its condition. Authenticity and quality standards must be met before any offer or payment is made. Joetrade94 reserves the right to decline any item that fails to meet our criteria.

4. Shipping Requirements

Customers must arrange for the secure shipment of the item to our designated location. Joetrade94 assumes no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Important: No payment will be made until the item is physically received, authenticated, and approved by our team.

5. Offer & Payment

If the item is accepted, a formal offer will be made. All offers are final and at the sole discretion of Joetrade94. Payment will be issued using a method agreed upon during the process. We do not offer pre-payment or advance commitment.

6. Initiating the Process
